Referrals from the individuals permission to contact them regarding the use of personal information. This will be contact details like emails, mobile and landline numbers.

We may share this information with authorised care co-ordinators and managers within the company to process this information. We also insert this information in our comprehensive care systems and HR systems.

We will collect personal data through secure online digital forms. This will be for compliance or to help generate a care assessment. We may pass information on to a third party company to help destroy data completely and thoroughly. We have a right to consent form and option and also will ask you before we receive personal data.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep employment details and keep them up to date for the length of time the employee works for us. Service user details will be kept in our care systems during provision of care and then archived and deleted at the end of their care provision.
We will then dispose of your information by archiving it safely and deleting it from all of our systems. We will then use a third party Data Destruction company to help us destroy data correctly and thoroughly.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
